Integrations & Reporting Specialist (WC & 401k)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Integrations & Reporting Specialist to support our Integrations Department. This role will be trained by a senior team member and will be responsible for Workers’ Compensation (WC) and 401(k) reporting, system setups, and ongoing administrative support. The position will also serve as a key backup to ensure continuity of operations when primary staff are unavailable. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and submit Workers’ Compensation (WC) reports
  • Prepare and manage 401(k) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with system setups related to WC, 401(k), and integration processes
  • Learn and follow established procedures to ensure consistent reporting and data integrity
  • Serve as a backup resource for WC, 401(k), and setup tasks during staff absences
  • Collaborate with the Integrations team to support process improvements and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and reporting schedules

Training & Development

  • Receive hands-on training from a senior Integrations team member
  • Develop cross-functional knowledge to support long-term department coverage and scalability

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn reporting systems and technical processes
  • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Prior experience with WC, 401(k), payroll, or benefits reporting is a plus, but not required
