iSolved Implementation Manager

Job Summary:

The iSolved Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical design, configuration, and deployment of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for new clients. This role leads a team of Implementation Specialists and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of Implementation Specialists.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Organize and lead client meetings to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on topics such as Benefits, COBRA, FSA, POP, and ERISA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client benefit inquiries and technical issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction prior to transitioning to Customer Service.
  • Provide training via on-site, phone, or virtual sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Support additional HCM services implementation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with the iSolved platform is required.
  • Proven project management and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and payroll systems.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance topics.
  • Understanding of banking systems and NACHA file setup.
  • Experience in the PEO industry or working with service bureaus.
  • Ability to train clients on system configuration and usage.
