Senior Business Development Manager

Marlton, NJ

Our Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager promote and sell Workplace HCM Solutions to new prospects and clients within an assigned geographic area.  

Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Research accounts to identify point of contact
  • Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Multi channel marketing and prospecting 
  • Manage and Overcome objections
  • Develop exceptional prospect relationships
  • Communicate with prospects and clients through telephone, email & social media 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas as set by Workplace HCM
  • Maintain all activity in Workplace HCM proprietary database
  • Become a peer mentor to new team members by offering support training, job shadowing and guidance
  • Be the responsible party for any “complex” projects which require advanced analysis and support
  • Complete continued educational opportunities, including webinars and research online

Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities:

  • 5 years business to business sales experience
  • 2 years HCM sales experience and a track record of success selling to C-Level executives in mid-sized organizations
  • Have experience with credible lead follow-up and development at multiple executive levels within any organization
  • Be a team leader in a high-energy sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with all forms of technology, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance, marketing, or business
