Senior Business Development Manager

Our Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager promote and sell Workplace HCM Solutions to new prospects and clients within an assigned geographic area.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Research accounts to identify point of contact
- Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Multi channel marketing and prospecting
- Manage and Overcome objections
- Develop exceptional prospect relationships
- Communicate with prospects and clients through telephone, email & social media
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas as set by Workplace HCM
- Maintain all activity in Workplace HCM proprietary database
- Become a peer mentor to new team members by offering support training, job shadowing and guidance
- Be the responsible party for any “complex” projects which require advanced analysis and support
- Complete continued educational opportunities, including webinars and research online
Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities:
- 5 years business to business sales experience
- 2 years HCM sales experience and a track record of success selling to C-Level executives in mid-sized organizations
- Have experience with credible lead follow-up and development at multiple executive levels within any organization
- Be a team leader in a high-energy sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with all forms of technology, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance, marketing, or business
